Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated June 20, 2026
We want our pricing and cancellation process to be simple and transparent. This page explains how free trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for InvoicingPro.
Free trial
New accounts include a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before paying. The trial starts automatically and we do not collect payment to begin it. When the trial ends, your access to paid features pauses unless you choose to subscribe — we only charge you if and when you start a paid subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance (currently [CURRENT MONTHLY PRICE] per month) and renew automatically each month until you cancel. We will let you know in advance of any change to your subscription price.
How to cancel
You can cancel whenever you like — there are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment.
- Sign in and open your account or billing settings, or email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
- Choose to cancel your subscription.
- You will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed for any period after that.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate charges for partial billing periods or for time you did not use after cancelling. Because every account gets a free trial, you can fully evaluate the service before any payment is taken.
That said, we review every refund request individually. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or account credit on a case-by-case basis — for example, in the event of a clear billing error or a charge you did not expect.
How to request a refund
Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge. We will get back to you promptly. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can make it right.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
How this fits with our Terms
This page is a plain-language summary of our cancellation and refund practices. Our Terms and Conditions are the controlling agreement; if anything on this page differs from the Terms, the Terms govern.
